With over 15 years of HR experience, Elizabeth has specialized in workforce development and recruitment, playing a crucial role in shaping NIICA's programs to build a skilled and sustainable talent pipeline. Prior to joining NIICA, Elizabeth was the Senior HR Manager, Talent Development at Hardinge Inc., where she successfully developed and launched a variety of Registered Apprenticeship programs across several states.
These programs significantly expanded workforce development efforts, providing valuable pathways for skill enhancement and career growth within advanced manufacturing. Elizabeth also has a strong background in designing rotational engineering programs for multiple organizations, enhancing technical skills and broadening professional experience across disciplines. These efforts have played a key part in cultivating the next generation of industry leaders.
