The National Workforce Education, Career and Apprenticeship Network (WE CAN®) is NIICA's strategic initiative dedicated to meeting the growing demand for skilled workers in the semiconductor, microelectronics, and advanced manufacturing sectors. Through WE CAN®, we advance skill-based learning and expand Registered Apprenticeships (RAs) to build a robust talent pipeline essential for U.S. economic competitiveness and national security. 

By leveraging a national network, WE CAN® enhances awareness of existing programs and facilitates the sharing of best practices. This approach reduces redundancy and ensures the efficient use of federal and state resources. WE CAN® aligns educational programs with industry needs and fosters collaboration among participants.
