Join the National Institute for Industry and Career Advancement (NIICA), in collaboration with Manufacturing Works, Process Technology, and Lorain County Joint Vocational School, for an engaging panel discussion on the future of manufacturing in Ohio.

With a focus on expanding career opportunities through youth apprenticeships and Registered Apprenticeships, the event will explore how partnerships between education, industry, and government are driving workforce development in advanced manufacturing.

Special attention will be given to expanding opportunities for women in the industry, with Wendy Chun-Hoon, Director of the U.S. Department of Labor's Women's Bureau, joining the panel to share her insights.  Learn how Ohio is shaping its workforce to meet the demands of the evolving manufacturing landscape.

The panel will be live-streamed to the public and available for replay.

Thank you to Lorain County Joint Vocational School for hosting this accelerator event.
