Emily Reilly is an accomplished Human Resources executive with a track record of leading successful business transformation and growth as a valued partner across all organizational levels. With a career in manufacturing, Emily has extensive experience in managing human capital strategy, planning and execution throughout all business cycles and in establishing new operating entities in global markets. Her expertise in developing people strategies and programs linked to business objectives span the disciplines of workforce planning & development, high
volume and executive talent acquisition, culture & engagement, executive and broad-based compensation design, and diversity, equity & inclusion. Emily is a collaborative leader who engages with business, the community, government and educators to build relationships & processes which create talent pipelines to fulfill the short and long-term workforce and skill requirements necessary to fulfill the labor demands of a growing advanced manufacturing ecosystem in the U.S.


From 2018 to 2022, Emily served as SVP & Chief People Officer for GlobalFoundries (GF), one of the world’s leading semiconductor manufacturers. After joining GF in 2009, Emily held multiple executive roles and led all HR aspects of the greenfield Fab 8 startup in New York,
hiring and training a workforce of over 3,000 talented technicians, engineers and R&D professionals. Preceding GF, Emily spent 13 years at General Electric (GE) in engineering and progressive human resources roles. Emily is a graduate of Cornell University and holds a B.S. Degree in Operations Research & Industrial Engineering.
